Paul has 40 years experience in the construction and property industry. He spent most of this time with Concrete Constructions Group Limited, where he was Managing Director and Chairman until his retirement in 1998. In 1992, Paul was appointed to chair the government and industry jointly funded Construction Industry Development Agency. Paul is currently undertaking development projects and providing consulting services.

Paul has a Bachelor of Building degree from the University of New South Wales and is a fellow of the Institute of Company Directors.

Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and Executive Director of Investorlink group, specialising in Corporate Finance. Chris has 20 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, including capital and debt raisings, IPO's and trade sales.

Chris is also the Chairman of Bravura Solutions Limited, an international company which provides investment platforms and software solutions to Australian and international banks and financial institutions. Bravura Solutions Limited is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

Peter has been the Managing Director of Kennards Hire Pty Limited for over 13 years. Kennards Hire Pty Limited is a leading supplier of small to medium tools and equipment to contractors, tradesmen and do-it-yourself markets. With annual sales of $180 million and over 100 locations, Peter has managed an era of growth which has seen Kennards Hire Pty Limited’s branch network triple over the last five years. Peter joined Kennards Hire Pty Limited from GKN Australia Limited where he held the position of Group Managing Director Australia for three years. Peter has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from The University of New South Wales and a Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the Mitchell College of Advanced Education and is a Fellow of The Institute of Engineers, Australia.
